Leadership Capacity Task Force

As the Council of Trustees, Diocesan Staff, and leaders of the diocese continue the implementation of the Diocesan Strategic Plan, the Task Force on Leadership Capacity will address the following goals:

• Resource the recruitment and training of clergy and lay leaders
• Equip leadership for health and sustainable ministry
• Enhance leadership competency and encourage creativity
