Since 2016, the Mission and Outreach Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Kansas has invited the parishes and congregations of the diocese to participate in this opportunity to secure a matching grant of up to $3,000 for projects and ministries that support the mission of enabling parishioners to fulfill their baptismal covenant to serve as Christ’s hands and feet in the world.
In 2025, the Committee, with the support of Bishop Bascom and the Council of Trustees, is postponing the grant process for one year to reflect on nine years of grants and to refine the granting process going forward. We are sorry for any confusion this has caused. Grant applications are expected to return in 2026.
