Congregational Vitality Task Force

As the Council of Trustees, Diocesan Staff, and leaders of the diocese continue the implementation of the Diocesan Strategic Plan, the Task Force on Congregational Vitality will address the following goals:

• Build a shared understanding of congregational vitality
• Champion diocesan engagement with Holy Currencies by Eric Law
• Utilize Resources of The College for Congregational Development (CCD) to strengthem congregations
• Resource robust congregations and ministreis by strengthening Diocesan Minsters, Convocations, Task Forces, Staff, and Clergy
• Grow spiritual practices through retreats and spiritual development
• Establish four “New Model” Episcopal Communities by 2030
• Explore ways to strengthen the financial vitality of congregations around the diocese
