Convention to feature a day of business and a day of learning

Diocesan Convention will meet in Wichita Oct. 14 for a day of business, and delegates will be joined by others from around the diocese for a"Diocesan Gathering" Oct. 15 to hear from noted church musician Fran McKendree.

Education for Ministry sees high number of Kansas grads

Recent statistics show that a higher proportion of people in the Diocese of Kansas participate in and graduate from Education for Ministry than in some other dioceses. Kansas leaders hope the four-year program of theological education will expand in coming years so even more people can participate.
